Non Invasive Fat Reduction
Ultrasonic Cavitataion that provides is a non invasive treatment for the reduction of adipose tissue and cellulite. It is ideal for both men and women who live a healthy lifestyle but regardless of their good diet and regular exercise, have stubborn areas of fat tissue that just won’t go away. It’s non-invasive method works with controlled high frequency waves that generate micro bubbles that implode due to partial pressure changes and the fat cells in localised areas disintegrate. These fat cells turn into a liquid substance (diglycerides) which is eliminated through the lymphatic system and urine.
Offering both a ‘Flat’ and ‘Focused’ transducer allows us to treat large areas of the body and also smaller stubborn pockets of fat. Ultrasound in ‘Focus’ cavitation mode is focused on one point and the energy is very intensive which is ideal for hard fat tissues. ‘Flat’ mode is well distributed and the energy is less intense which is ideal for large areas with less fat, thin or sensive skin.

What to expect in a Treatment: The areas to be treated will be marked, measured and photographed. Prior to beginning the treatment you will spend 10 minutes with infrared wraps placed on the target area or in our Killarney Heights clinic you can choose from either the infrared wraps or infrared sauna. You will then relax while the ultrasonic head is slowly moved over the read being treated. At the end of the treatment you will spend another 10 minutes with the infrared wraps placed directly on the area.
A thorough assessment is required to determine how many areas need to be treated but 8 – 12 treatments are recommended to achieve optimal results.
You need to come to each treatment hydrated and drink 1-2 litres of water daily as this enhances the effects of the treatment and helps remove the fat and toxins from the body. You should follow a well balanced diet and regurlar exercise is recommended.
