Appointment Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice of cancellation or time change to booking is required for all services or treatments. For clients who have purchased a course of treatments, 24 hours notice of cancellation is required or the treatment will be forfeited.
A 50% deposit is required for all treatments that are over 1.5 hours. Last minute cancellation of this booking (less than 24 hours) will result in the deposit being processed and is not refundable.
For you first appointment at BodySense Solutions, please arrive 5 minutes earlier than booked appointment. It is important to arrive for treatments at the designated time or the treatment time may need to be reduced to avoid delaying the next booking.
Please purchase carefully as we do not refund unused sessions or treatments. If for medical reasons you are unable to continue with a course of treatments then we will be happy to exchange any unused treatments for any of our other services or extend the expiry time.
Clients who are redeeming Gift Vouchers are required to provide the Gift Voucher number at the time of booking. Should the appointment be cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the Gift Voucher will be redeemed as used.
